Reservation process

Submitting an order reserves the selected items and quantities for you. No payment is collected on this website. We will email your order summary and the available payment instructions.

Payment and confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed as paid only after Akra Studios receives and verifies payment. Unpaid reservations remain reserved until cancelled by Akra Studios.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping method, cost, and order total are shown before you reserve. Delivery timing is coordinated after payment is confirmed.

Cancellations and returns

Contact Akra Studios as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a reservation. Applicable consumer-protection law and the published returns policy continue to apply.
